Solution

Multiple mailboxes can be added to Gravatar.com. It can set different avatars for different mailboxes. The avatar you uploaded in gravatar will not be displayed normally in WordPress. The reason is that you did not add the same email address.

To make the avatar effective, your account mailbox in WordPress must be added to Gravatars and set a avatar for it to take effect, see the picture:
